Delhi rooftop solar incentives & savings (2024–25) – updated guide 2025
Delhi homeowners and businesses have more help than ever to go solar. The central PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana offers a direct cash subsidy for home systems, while Delhi’s Solar Energy Policy adds its own capital rebate, generation-based incentive (GBI) and waived net-metering fees. Stack these with accelerated-depreciation tax breaks for companies and the case for rooftop solar in FY 2025–26 is hard to beat.
