How do I claim subsidy from the government?

Subsidy is only provided on PV systems with Indian-manufactured (ALMM-listed) solar panels designed to ensure safety of the system. Due approvals are needed from your DISCOM before the plant is installed. Do ALMM and Indian-manufactured panel rules apply everywhere in Delhi?
