Services Provided

Our platform provides growth opportunities to solar installers by delivering pre-qualified prospects with a high likelihood of installation. Installers connect with these prospects to close deals and provide installation services.

Installer Responsibilities

  1. Diligent and Good Faith Service: Installers agree to work diligently and in good faith to ensure great service to prospects, providing accurate and appropriate advice to property owners.
  2. Compliance with Norms: Installers must ensure that all installations are conducted in accordance with government norms and that services are rendered as prescribed by state and central government regulations.
  3. No Disintermediation: Installers are prohibited from bypassing the platform to connect with prospects independently, thus ensuring the integrity and value of the platform.
  4. Active Participation: Installers are expected to actively engage with the platform and its prospects. Non-activity when prospects are available may result in the loss of user status.
  5. Service Fees: The platform charges a fee for its services. In cases of non-servicing, the platform, at its sole discretion, may provide full, partial, or no refunds.
  6. Behavior Governance: The platform will periodically review and govern installer behavior to ensure that property owners have a positive experience.

User Responsibilities

  1. Trust and Integrity: Users must exercise reasonable judgment to enhance trust on the platform and must not engage in illegal activities or fraudulent practices.
  2. Blacklisting: The platform reserves the right to blacklist users identified as engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities, preventing them from using the platform.

Platform Responsibilities

  1. Delivery of Prospects: The platform will deliver prospects to installers where the likelihood of installation is high.
  2. Data Protection: User data is protected and will not be shared, except to improve the platform experience. The platform takes reasonable security measures to keep user data safe and secure.
  3. Property of Data: All data displayed on the user interface or coming from platform databases and APIs are the property of the platform. Unauthorized use or harm to this data may attract legal action.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration.

Modifications to Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination of Service
